This years awards were fun, exciting and energetic with our table hosts Freedom Health Insurance. We were shortlisted for Best Intermediary which we had won in 2009, 2011 and 2015, together with our hosts we celebrated a wonderful year of business and growth by working closely with our clients and continuously giving them the best service possible in the Health Insurance arena.
Our shortlisted submission this year concentrated on a client who for some time had difficulties with his insurance company and then decided to appoint us as his adviser. Our client was able to see first hand how we were able to deal with the underwriters, administrators and his medical consultants managing all aspects of his plan and claims while showing him service beyond his expectations. We do this for all of our clients and work with providers who have the same ethos such as Freedom Health Insurance who won Best Customer Service Award at the 2015 Health Insurance awards.
It was a fantastic night hosted by our industries Health Insurance Magazine and the hilarious comedian Omid Djalili who entertained us all through the prize giving at the Grosvenor House Hotel on the 19th of October. Well done to all the shortlisted finalists and the winners.
